SERVICE & MAINTENANCE FOR VERTICAL STORAGE CAROUSEL AND SHUTTLE UNITS
We are able to offer annual Service and Maintenance Contracts for all of your Kardex, Linpic and Megamat Vertical Storage Carousel and Vertical Shuttle Units, and these can be tailored to suit your individual company requirements.
Our entry level contract is a Preventative Maintenance Contract - and this will allow for 2 Service Visits per year along with written reports, reduced rate breakdown call-out cover and a 24 hour target response time.
Our standard On Call Maintenance Contract - will allow for 2 Service Visits per year with written reports, unlimited breakdown call-out cover and a 24 hour response time.
Our Comprehensive Maintenance Contract - will include for 2 Service visits per year again with written reports, unlimited breakdown call-out cover, with all parts and repairs covered by the contract and with an 8 hour response time.
To comply with current Health and Safety legislation - all Vertical Storage Carousels and Vertical Storage Shuttles will need to be inspected and reported on at 6 monthly intervals under the 1998 LOLER Health and Safety Mandate No. 2307 - THE LIFTING OPERATIONS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.
As part of the Service and Maintenance visit our Engineers would provide a written report on the condition of the Carousel or Shuttle unit - and then, should it be deemed necessary and also dependant on the level of contractual cover, a Quotation for any necessary remedial work would be submitted for approval prior to any works being carried out.
