Service contracts for Vertical Carousel and Shuttle Units

We are able to offer annual Service and Maintenance Contracts for all Kardex and Linpic Vertical Storage Carousels and Kardex Systems Vertical Shuttle Units, and these can be tailored to suit your individual company requirements.

Our entry level contract is a Preventative Maintenance Contract – this provides for 2 Service Visits per year with written reports, reduced rate breakdown call-out cover and a 24 hour target response time.

Our standard On Call Maintenance Contract – will allow for 2 Service Visits per year with written reports, inclusive breakdown call-out cover, telephone support and an 8 hour target response time.

To comply with current Health and Safety legislation – all Vertical Storage Carousels and Storage Shuttles need to be inspected and reported on at 6 monthly intervals as directed by the 1998 LOLER – Health and Safety Mandate No. 2307 – THE LIFTING OPERATIONS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.

As part of the Service and Maintenance visit our Engineers would provide a written report on the condition of the Carousel or Shuttle unit – and then should it be deemed necessary, a Quotation for any necessary remedial or repair work would be submitted for approval prior to any works being carried out.

We are able to service and maintain all types of Kardex, Linpic and Megamat Vertical Storage Carousels and Kardex Systems Vertical Storage Shuttles and are able to offer discounts for Companies who have a number of machines on site and who would have a need for a multiple machine maintenance agreement.
