Service & Maintenance contracts for Vertical Carousels

We are able to offer annual Service and Maintenance Contracts for all Kardex and Linpic Vertical Storage Carousels, these can be tailored to suit your individual company requirements.

Our entry level contract is a Preventative Maintenance Contract – this provides for 2 Service Visits per year with written reports and then also reduced rate breakdown call-out cover should it be required.

Our standard On Call Maintenance Contract – will allow for 2 Service Visits per year with written reports, inclusive breakdown call-out cover, telephone support and a priority target response time.

To comply with current Health and Safety legislation – all Vertical Storage Carousels and Storage Shuttles need to be inspected and reported on, as directed by the 1998 LOLER – Health and Safety Mandate No. 2307 – THE LIFTING OPERATIONS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.

As part of the Service and Maintenance visit our Engineers would provide a written report on the condition of the Carousel Unit – and then should it be deemed necessary, a Quotation for any necessary remedial or repair work would be submitted for approval prior to any works being carried out.

We can service and maintain all types of Kardex and Linpic Vertical Storage Carousels and offer discounts to Companies who have a number of machines on site and who would have a need for a multiple machine maintenance agreement.
